Kevin Proudlock has joined Houghton plc, a world leading supplier of industrial production lubricants and fluid management services, in a new role as Product Manager Surface Treatment .
The appointment of Kevin further strengthens their capability in the area of cleaners and surface treatment and is evidence of their commitment to this market sector, which is closely aligned with their metalworking fluids and lubricants business. His expertise in this area will undoubtedly bring benefit to Houghton’s customer base.
Previously, Kevin worked as Technical Manager for Gramos Applied for 14 years and has qualifications in Chemistry, a DMS in Management and an MBA in Business Administration. He comments, "Following my first visit to the site in Trafford Park, I was immediately impressed with the facilities. This is an exciting and interesting role for me and with my experience I hope to be able to contribute to the formation and development of the business."
